Update

Datto support has provided an update to the Web Remote issue.

"The Engineering Team is working on resolving this issue in a future release. However, as this is still being investigated, we do not currently have a workaround."

Investigating

We are aware of issue in Web Remote where remote sessions are not able to establish connection to the remote device. We are working with Datto support to resolve the issue.
